PMF 17 Medical Diplomas Open for Matric 2026

In a major breakthrough for paramedical education, the PMF Paramedical Admissions 2026 officially opened online registration for 17 specialized two-year healthcare diploma programs across government medical institutes in Punjab. Official sources confirm that matriculation pass-outs can now submit online application forms through the designated departmental admission portal until November 20, 2026.

This announcement comes as welcome news for thousands of young science students across the province. For years, candidates completing their secondary school education struggled to find immediate, employment-oriented healthcare training without undergoing lengthy degree cycles. By opening admissions for PMF 17 Medical Diploma Courses in Punjab 2026, the provincial health administration offers matric graduates a direct pathway toward specialized clinical careers in public hospitals and private diagnostic laboratories. For candidates eager to begin technical training early, this opportunity creates an immediate bridge toward professional independence and essential community service.

Punjab Medical Faculty Technical Training Framework Overview

The administrative setup operating under the health department structured these two-year courses to address critical shortages of skilled technical staff. Rather than restricting admissions to post-intermediate candidates, the board targets matriculation science graduates equipped with foundational knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Under the policy guidelines set by the Punjab Medical Faculty Lahore, candidates must achieve at least 45% aggregate marks in their matriculation science examinations to qualify for admission. The curriculum combines core clinical theory with hands-on hospital training across 17 distinct paramedical technology streams. This structural design ensures that every completing technician meets standard operational guidelines required by public health institutions and clinical laboratories across Pakistan.
