• Eligible Regions: Punjab, AJK, Gilgit Baltistan, FATA, and Islamabad Capital Territory

Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

1. Admission Offer: A valid PhD admission offer from any of the top 50 QS-ranked universities subject-wise in the preferred study areas.
   
   
2. Academic Performance: Minimum 60% marks throughout the applicants academic history.
   
   
3. Financial Criteria: Total monthly family income including self, spouse, and parents should not exceed Rs. 200,000.
   
   
4. Age Limit: Applicants must not exceed 35 years of age as of April 30, 2025.
   
   
5. No Prior Foreign Scholarships: Applicants should not have previously availed of any foreign scholarship.
   
   

How to Apply for the Scholarship

1. Secure Admission: Obtain a valid admission offer from one of the top 50 QS-ranked universities worldwide in the eligible study fields.
   
   
2. Download the Application Form: Visit PEEF’s official portal to access and download the application form.
   
   
3. Submit Application: Complete the application form and submit it to PEEF before the due date, April 30, 2025.
   
   

• Selected candidates will not be allowed to defer the scholarship to the following year.
  
  
• Faculty members working in public sector educational institutions in Pakistan are not eligible for this program.
  
  
• The responsibility to apply for visas and secure university admission lies solely with the applicant.
  
  
• The Scholarship Selection Committee’s decision is final.
