NUMS Admissions 2025 PGC-LSM Course
The National University of Medical Sciences NUMS, Islamabad, is now accepting applications for the 4th Batch of the Postgraduate Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine PGC-LSM for Fall 2025. This online program is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to promote holistic well-being through evidence-based lifestyle interventions.
About the Course
NUMS Course offer Postgraduate Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine in-depth understanding of how lifestyle factors — such as nutrition, physical activity, , stress management, substance use, social connections, and gratitude — impact individual and population health. This course is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, emphasizing behavioral change, health communication, advocacy, public policy, and the influence of socioeconomic determinants of health.
Participants will explore the effectiveness of lifestyle interventions and gain practical insights into the challenges and opportunities of implementing lifestyle medicine in diverse healthcare settings.

Eligibility Criteria
This program is open to qualified healthcare professionals who are passionate about integrating Lifestyle Medicine into their clinical practice or public health work. Eligible applicants must hold one of the following qualifications:

Pharm D / B Pharm
BS Nursing 4-Year Program
BS Human Nutrition & Dietetics / BS Food Science & Technology
