New IMS Deadlines Announced for Proposals, Thesis & Vivas 2025
The Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar has officially released the IMS Proposal Submission Notice 2025 for Bachelor program students of Session 2022–26. According to the announcement, students must submit their research proposals by January 6, 2026, while the final research thesis submission deadline is June 23, 2026. The notice emphasizes the importance of timely submissions, making the Proposal Submission Notice 2025 essential for all undergraduate students preparing their research work.
The IMS Proposal Submission Notice 2025 also outlines the schedule for vivas, with the normal viva taking place on July 15, 2026. For late submissions, August 20, 2026 has been fixed as the final date, and late vivas will be conducted on September 8, 2026. The institute has clearly stated that penalties may apply for delayed submissions. This update ensures that all students in the 2022–26 session can prepare accordingly and avoid academic delays.
Additionally, the IMS Peshawar has listed detailed criteria for proposal and thesis submission. Students must attach a signed supervisor consent form, submit their work to the R&DD office, and ensure that their Turnitin plagiarism report remains below 18 percent, with AI similarity capped at 5 percent. As mentioned in the IMS Proposal Submission Notice 2025, both soft and printed copies of the thesis must be submitted with proper signatures, ensuring academic compliance and originality.
