NCOC Announces to Reopen Educational Institutes
National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) conducted the meeting, in which it was decided to open the schools in the cities, which have the positivity ratio of COVID-19 less than 5 percent. The NCOC has made the decision that all schools will be reopened from 24 May and the schools and colleges in all remaining districts will be reopened from 07 June. The schools and colleges will be instructed to follow the corona SOPs including use of face masks, maintain social distancing from others, washing of hands for 20 seconds and avoid touching your face. It was also decided during the meeting that matric and inter class annual exams will be managed after 20 June and the professional and non-professional exams will be managed on case-to-case basis on the recommendation of the Ministry of Education.
