High-Impact Professional Programs
The UET Mardan Courses 2026 for the Spring semester include advanced research-based degrees in key engineering and science disciplines. These programs are designed to equip graduates with sound technical knowledge and leadership skills for the modern industrial landscape.
Programs Offered
For the Spring 2026 cycle, the university is inviting applications for the following:
- MSc / MS Programs: Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics.
- PhD Programs: Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
Eligibility Criteria
To ensure academic rigor, UET Mardan has set the following standards:
- For MSc/MS: Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 2.0/4.0 or 60% marks in a relevant 16-year degree BSc/BS/BE. A score of at least 50% in GRE/HAT/GAT General is mandatory.
- For PhD: A minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 in a relevant 18-year degree MS/MPhil is required. Candidates must also score at least 60% in the GRE/GAT Subject Test.
- Provisional Admission: Students awaiting terminal degree results can apply provisionally if they meet other requirements.
Admission Schedule
Prospective candidates must adhere to the following key dates for admissions 2026:
- Online Forms Available From: December 7, 2025.
- Last Date to Apply: January 16, 2026.
- Entry Test Date: January 18, 2026.
- Commencement of Classes: February 2, 2026.
Scholarship Details
UET Mardan provides extensive financial support to postgraduate scholars to foster a research-intensive environment:
- PhD Monthly Stipend: Rs. 35,000 per month for PhD students.
- Indigenous Scholarships: One-time grants of Rs. 165,000 for MS and Rs. 200,000 for PhD scholars.
- Research Grants: Annual research grants of Rs. 50,000 for MS and Rs. 80,000 for PhD theses.
