Pharm.D or B. Pharmacy Level 6 qualification
Minimum CGPA of 2.5 from a HEC & PCP recognized institution
Testing Requirements any one of the following:
Valid GRE/HAT/GAT General or equivalent with at least 50% score
OR
Appear in the JSMU Entry Test, passing with minimum 50% score
