KUST Graduate Admissions Fall 2026 Open

The Kohat University of Science & Technology KUST has officially announced online graduate admissions for the Fall 2026 academic session. Prospective postgraduates seeking advanced degrees across natural sciences, social sciences, management, and technology can now submit their applications.

This intake provides opportunities for higher education in specialized MS, M.Phil, MBA, and PhD programs. Eligible scholars must complete their registration through the universitys online admission portal before the designated deadlines.

To ensure a seamless enrollment process, KUST has issued a detailed schedule covering application submissions, testing dates, merit list displays, and fee deposits:

The university conducts two separate departmental entry tests for MBA, MS, M.Phil, and PhD candidates. The 1st Test is held on July 21, 2026, while the 2nd Test takes place on August 11, 2026, with applications closing on August 07, 2026.

For KUST postgraduate entry test requirements, MS/M.Phil applicants need a valid score minimum 50% in GAT General, ETEA, HEC HAT, or the KUST Internal Test. PhD candidates require a minimum 60% score in GAT Subject, ETEA, HEC HAT, or the KUST Internal Test.

Eligibility Criteria and Application Fee Guidelines

For MS/M.Phil programs, applicants need a BS Hons, BBA Hons, or MA/M.Sc with a minimum CGPA of 2.50/4.00 or 1st division under the annual system. Candidates applying for PhD programs require a relevant MS/M.Phil degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00.

Applicants must pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000 at any HBL or Bank of Khyber BOK branch. Candidates taking the internal entrance test must deposit an additional Rs. 1,500 test fee at the KUST Admission & Student Affairs Office.
