KPBTE DAE 3rd Year Practical Exams Schedule 2026
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Technical & Commerce Education, Hayatabad Peshawar, has officially announced the date sheet for the KPBTE DAE 3rd Year Practical Annual Exams 2026.
Key Guidelines and Evaluation Procedures for the Annual Practical Exams
According to the official schedule of KPBTE, the practical exams are divided daily into two specific shifts: a morning session running from 09:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M. and an afternoon session from 02:00 P.M. to 05:00 P.M., which also includes Friday sessions. The extensive Exams schedule spans multiple technologies—ranging from Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical to specialized fields like Petroleum, Food, and Computer Information Technology—and is structured into two main assessment categories: Institute Evaluation and Board Evaluation.
To ensure a smooth and standardized Exams process, the board has issued several critical directives:
Adherence to Schedule: All parent institutes are strictly required to conduct the practical assessments in exact accordance with the dates and times outlined in the provided KPBTE DAE Practical Exams 2026 timetable.
Internal Examiner Presence: For the Institute Evaluation phase, the respective internal subject teacher must be present. If the designated external examiner fails to attend, the internal teacher is authorized to conduct the practical exam acting as both the internal and external evaluator.
Absence Protocols: During the Board Evaluation phase, if an external examiner is absent, the internal sessional marks assigned by the teacher must be integrated into the Award List. This document must be verified and signed by the Head of Department H.O.D. or Principal before being handed to the external examiner.
Emergency Measures: If a BTE-appointed external examiner does not show up within two hours of the designated start time, the institute Principal must make alternative arrangements and immediately notify the Controller of Exams.
