KMU Admissions 2025 MBBS & BDS Programs
Khyber Medical University KMU, Peshawar — under the notification No. SOH E-IV/2-18/KMU/MDCAT TEST/2024, dated 22nd July 2024, issued by the Department of Health, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — has been designated as the admitting university for conducting a transparent and centralized Medical and Dental Colleges Admission Test MDCAT and managing admissions to MBBS/BDS programs in all public and private sector medical and dental colleges of the province.
Eligibility Criteria
i. Candidates must have passed F.Sc Pre-Medical or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks from any recognized board in Pakistan or abroad.
ii. Candidates must have passed MDCAT 2023, 2024, or 2025 with at least 55% marks for MBBS and 50% for BDS.
iii. Candidates must possess a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or Merged Districts MDs.
iv. Candidates applying for foreign quota seats must fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed in Section 7 of the PM&DC Undergraduate Education Admissions, Curriculum and Conduct Regulations 2023, and subsequent Notification No. PF-1-C-PM&DC/Notification/2025/910 dated 31st October 2025.

How to Apply Online Only
KMU has fully digitized its admission system. No hard copies or courier submissions will be accepted. Applicants must complete the online application process as follows:
Admissions Process:
Enter personal and academic details, select the category Local or Foreign Quota, and upload scanned copies of all relevant documents. Separate applications are required for MBBS and BDS, and for Local or Foreign quota seats.
Generate and print the fee slip, then deposit the non-refundable/non-transferable processing fee at any Bank of Khyber BoK branch.
Login again to verify payment and submit the final application.
Important Instructions
Incomplete or deficient applications will not be entertained.
Applications submitted by hand or courier will be rejected.
Candidates must list their preferred colleges in order of priority.
Selected candidates must deposit the admission fee within three 03 working days after receiving an offer letter.
Admission will be confirmed only after submission of original documents and remaining college dues.
Seat allocation may vary per PM&DC notifications.
Forged or fake documents will result in immediate cancellation of admission and possible disciplinary action.
In case of ambiguity, the KMU Admission Policy and PM&DC Regulations 2023 shall prevail.
No separate call letters will be issued; all updates, merit lists, and announcements will be available on:
