JSMU Pharm D Semester II to X Retake Exam Forms & Fee Submissions Schedule 2025
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU, Karachi has officially released the Pharm D Semester II to X Retake Exam Forms & Fee Submissions Schedule 2025 for students enrolled at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences IPS and all affiliated institutes. This announcement is part of the universitys academic update, aligning with upcoming JSMU Admissions 2025 and the compilation of the JSMU Merit List 2025.
According to the JSMU Notification Ref No: EXAM/JSMU/7965/05-25 dated May 5th, 2025, students can start submitting their retake examination forms from May 6th, 2025. Forms can be downloaded from the official website of JSMU.
For IPS students, the fully completed forms, along with a fee voucher of Rs. 2000/-, must be submitted to the Dean’s Office at IPS, JSMU. Students from affiliated institutes should submit the filled forms and fee to their respective focal person, who will forward them to the JSMU Examination Department with a consolidated pay order based on enrolled candidates.
The last date to submit forms is May 12th, 2025. Submissions after this date will incur a late fee of Rs. 500/-, valid until May 15th, 2025. No forms will be accepted beyond this deadline.
Required documents include:
Photocopy of the last exam transcript
Enrollment card copy
Two recent photographs
Original paid fee voucher IPS candidates or consolidated pay order affiliated institutes
Students are strongly encouraged to submit accurate information and meet the deadline to avoid penalties and ensure a smooth examination process.
