JSMU MHPE Retake Semester II Batch 2024 Exams Form Submission Closes Nov 24 2025
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU Examination Department has issued an important NOTIFICATION regarding the submission of examination forms for the MHPE Retake Semester II, Batch 2024 Examinations. This is a crucial step for all concerned candidates who need to reappear in the Semester II papers.
Key Submission Schedule
Candidates must strictly follow the dates for form and fee submission to avoid missing the opportunity to sit for the retake exams:
- Submission Period: Forms must be submitted from November 17, 2025, to November 20, 2025.
- Last Date for Form Acceptance: No form will be accepted after November 24th, 2025.
- Examination Fee: Students are required to submit the forms along with a fee of Rs. 3500/- via a paid voucher.
Timely submission of the examination forms with accurate information is highly appreciated by the University to ensure a smooth examination process. The official form can be downloaded from the JSMU website.
Mandatory Documents for Submission
Students must ensure they attach all the necessary documents to their examination form at the time of submission. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
- Transcript photocopy of last Annual/Semester/ Retake examinations
- Copy of Enrollment card
- Two recent photographs
- Original paid fee voucher for the Rs. 3500/- fee
