JSMU MBBS 2019 & Year-Back Students No Dues Clearance Schedule
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU, Karachi has issued a crucial notice regarding the Submission of No Dues Certificate for MBBS Batch 2019 and Year-Back Students. According to the Department of Student Affairs Ref No: JSMU/DSA/2025/9057, all students from the MBBS Batch 2019, including those with year-back status, who have successfully passed their final examinations in 2025, must complete the no dues clearance process by May 10, 2025.
This step is essential for students to obtain financial clearance and finalize their academic record with the university. It is also a prerequisite for further processing related to JSMU Admissions 2025 and eventual placement on the JSMU Merit List 2025 for house jobs, internships, or postgraduate studies.
Submission Requirements include:
Original and photocopy of the updated grade book, properly signed, stamped, and dated by the respective wards.
A No Dues Certificate signed by all relevant teaching departments.
Important Note: Students are strictly advised not to approach the finance department directly for clearance. All procedures should go through the Department of Student Affairs as per the official protocol.
This process ensures that students have settled all academic, library, hostel, and administrative obligations with the university before graduating.
