JSMU MBBS 1st Year Batch 2024 & YB Exams Form Submission Deadline 2025
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU Examination Department has released a critical NOTIFICATION for all candidates of the MBBS First Year Batch-2024 & Year Back examinations. This notification concerns the mandatory submission of examination forms, a prerequisite for appearing in the upcoming annual exams. This applies to both students of Sindh Medical College SMC and all affiliated Institutes/Medical Colleges of JSMU.
Key Submission Schedule and Fees
Candidates must strictly follow the dates and fee structure to ensure their forms are accepted:
- Submission Window: Forms must be submitted from November 17th, 2025, to November 28th, 2025.
- Examination Fee: The uniform examination fee is Rs 7500/-.
- Late Fee Period: A late fee of Rs. 500/- will be applicable for forms submitted from November 29th, 2025, onwards.
- Final Deadline: No form will be accepted after December 05th, 2025.
The examination form can be downloaded from the JSMU website, and timely submission is highly appreciated to streamline the examination process.
Submission Process for Students
The submission mechanism differs based on the students college affiliation:
- Sindh Medical College JSMU Students: Must print the downloaded examination form and submit it duly filled with paid voucher of Rs 7500/- along with required documents to the Student Affairs Department of JSMU.
- Students from Affiliated Institutes and Medical Colleges: Must submit their duly filled form with fees Rs. 7500/- to the focal person at their respective institutions. The focal person will then submit the consolidated forms and consolidated pay orders to the JSMU Examination Department.
All candidates must ensure they submit the required documents, which include a Transcript photocopy of last Annual/Retake examinations, a Copy of Enrollment card, and Two recent photographs.
