JSMU Exam Form Submission Notice 2026 for DPT Students Released
Students enrolled in the DPT program can now check the latest JSMU Exam Form Submission Notice issued by Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi JSMU. The university has officially announced the examination form submission schedule for DPT Batch-IV 2022 Semester-VIII Retake, Year-IV Regular, and Year Back examinations. The release of the JSMU Exam Form Submission Notice 2026 is important for all students preparing to appear in upcoming professional exams under affiliated institutes and medical colleges.
According to the official notification from the Examination Department, students can download the examination forms directly from the JSMU website. DPT students are required to print and fill the examination forms before submitting them along with a paid fee voucher of Rs. 3500 and required documents to the Student Affairs Department of JSMU. Meanwhile, students studying in affiliated institutes and medical colleges must submit their forms to the focal person at their respective institutions, who will then forward consolidated pay orders to the university examination department.
The JSMU Karachi has announced that forms can be submitted from May 16th, 2026 to May 20th, 2026, while a late fee of Rs. 500 will apply from May 21st, 2026. No examination form will be accepted after May 23th, 2026. Students are also instructed to attach transcript photocopies, enrollment card copies, recent photographs, and original paid vouchers where required. The latest JSMU Exam Form Submission Notice for DPT Program Exams 2026 advises students to carefully complete all formalities before the deadline to avoid complications during examination processing.
