JSMU Exam Form Submission Notice 2025 Issued for BSN & Post RN Nursing
The Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU, Karachi has officially issued the JSMU Exam Form Submission Notice 2025 for BSN Generic Nursing and Post RN programs. According to the Examination Department, students of the Institute of Nursing & Midwifery and affiliated medical colleges are advised to submit their examination forms within the given deadlines.
As per the official circular, students can download the exam forms from the JSMU website. The forms are available for multiple batches, including BSN Semester I Batch VII, Semester III Batch VI, Semester V Batch V, Semester VII Batch IV, Post RN BSN Semester I Year I, and Post RN BSN Semester III Year II.
The JSMU Exam Form Submission Notice 2025 specifies that students must submit duly filled examination forms along with a paid fee voucher of Rs. 3500/- and all required documents. These include a photocopy of the last transcript, enrollment card, two recent photographs, and the original pay order for affiliated colleges. Students from the JSMU karachi main campus should submit their forms to the Student Affairs Department, while affiliated colleges must route forms through their respective focal persons.
The submission period runs from 21st October to 25th October 2025, with a late fee of Rs. 500/- applicable from 27th to 29th October 2025. No forms will be accepted after 31st October 2025, as stated by Prof. Dr. Fauzia Imtiaz, Controller of Examinations at JSMU.
Students are urged to ensure the timely submission of their exam forms and accurate completion of all required details to avoid penalties.
