JSMU Exam Form Submission Notice 2025 for DPT Programs Released
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has officially issued the JSMU Exam Form Submission Notice 2025 for DPT Batch-IV, Semester-VII, Year-III Regular & Year-Back students. This notification is crucial for all concerned candidates of JSMU and its affiliated institutes/medical colleges who are preparing to appear in the upcoming examinations.
According to the notification, students can download the JSMU Examination Form from the official website Result.pk. After downloading, DPT students must:
Fill out the form carefully and attach the original paid voucher of Rs. 3500/-
Include the required documents:
Photocopy of last year’s transcript
Copy of enrollment card
Two recent passport-size photographs
Original paid voucher for IPTR candidates / consolidated pay order for affiliated colleges
The completed forms must be submitted to the Student Affairs Department at JSMU. Students from affiliated colleges should submit the forms and fees to their institute’s focal person, who will forward them to JSMU’s examination department with consolidated pay orders.
Important Dates:
Form Submission: September 8th, 2025 – September 16th, 2025
Late Fee: Rs. 500/- from September 17th, 2025
Final Deadline: September 19th, 2025 No forms accepted after this date
Timely submission of forms is highly encouraged to avoid any late fee penalties and ensure smooth participation in the exams. Students are advised to double-check all documents before submission.
