JSMU DPT Semester III Exam Form Submission 2026

The Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has announced the JSMU DPT Semester III Exam Form Submission 2026 schedule for students enrolled in the Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT Batch-2025 program. The notification, issued under Ref. No. EXAM/JSMU/1776/7-26, is applicable to Regular, Promoted, and Year-Back candidates of Semester III Year II.

Eligible students are required to complete the examination form submission process within the prescribed dates to become eligible for the upcoming semester examinations.

Candidates studying at the Institute of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation IPTR, JSMU should:

Deposit the prescribed examination fee of Rs. 3,500.

Submit the completed application to the JSMU Student Affairs Department.

For Affiliated College Students

Students enrolled in affiliated colleges should:

Complete the examination form.
Submit the form and required fee to the designated focal person at their respective institute.
The affiliated institute will forward all applications along with the consolidated pay order to the JSMU Examination Department.
