JSMU DPT Exams 2023 Form Submission Schedule
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has recently issued a crucial notification regarding the submission of examination forms for Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT Semester V for the year 2021-Sc. The university takes pride in informing all concerned candidates, especially those affiliated with the Institute of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation and affiliated institutes/medical colleges under JSMU, about the admission process for the upcoming semester.
The examination forms can be conveniently downloaded from the JSMU website by visiting http://www.ismu.edu.pk/exam-download.html. For students enrolled in the Institute of Physical Therapy JSMU, it is mandatory to print the downloaded examination form and submit it duly filled, along with a paid voucher of RS 2500/- and the necessary documents, to the student affairs department of JSMU Exams 2023.
Meanwhile, students from affiliated institutes and medical colleges can also print the examination form and submit it with a fee of Rs. 2000/- to the designated focal person at their respective institutions. The focal person is responsible for forwarding the examination forms to the examination department along with consolidated pay orders based on the number of enrolled students, payable to Jinnah Sindh Medical University.
It is essential to adhere to the submission deadline, which is from September 20th, 2023, to October 4th, 2023. Late submissions will incur a fee of Rs. 500/- starting from October 5th, 2023, and no forms will be accepted after October 6th, 2023.
