JSMU BSPH Semester III V VII Examination Form Submission Notice 2024
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has issued a crucial notification for students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Public Health BSPH program regarding the submission of examination forms for Semester-III, Semester-V, and Semester-VII, as well as year-back examinations.
Submission Process:
Regular Students: Students from the APPNA Institute of Public Health AIPH must download their forms from the JSMU website, fill them out, and submit them to the Student Affairs Department with a paid voucher of Rs. 2500/-.
Affiliated Institutes and Medical Colleges: Students must submit forms with a Rs. 2000/- fee to their institutions focal person, who will forward the forms to JSMU’s Examination Department.

Copy of Enrollment Card
Transcript of the last examination
Two recent photographs
Paid fee voucher or consolidated pay order
Important Dates:
Submission Deadline: September 16th, 2024
Late Fee: Rs. 500/- for submissions after the deadline
Final Deadline: September 18th, 2024
