JSMU BS Medical Technology Retake Exam Form Notice 2025
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has issued a revised notification Ref: EXAM/JSMU/813/05-25 on May 17, 2025, for the submission of examination forms for BS Medical Technology BSMT Retake Semester VIII, Batch-I. This update is crucial for students at the Institute of Medical Technology and affiliated Medical Colleges under JSMU, ensuring they meet the requirements to appear for their retake exams.
The JSMU BSMT Retake Semester VIII Form Submission Notice 2025 specifies that students must download the examination form from the official JSMU website http://www.jsmu.edu.pk/exam-download.html. JSMU students are required to submit the duly filled form with a fee of Rs 2500/-, along with required documents, to the student affairs department. Students from affiliated institutes must submit forms with a fee of Rs 2000/- to their respective focal persons, who will then forward the forms and consolidated pay orders to JSMU.
The deadline for submission is May 20, 2025, and no forms will be accepted after this date. Required documents include a transcript photocopy of the last semester, a copy of the enrollment card, and two recent photographs. For affiliated candidates, an original paid fee voucher is also mandatory.
