JSMU BDS 4th Professional Exam Forms Submission Notice 2025
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU Examination Department has released a significant NOTIFICATION regarding the submission of examination forms for the BDS 4th Professional, Batch-2020 & Year Back Examinations. This is a mandatory and time-sensitive process for all concerned candidates from the Sindh Institute of Oral Health Sciences SIOHS and all affiliated Dental Institutes/Colleges of JSMU.
Crucial Submission Schedule and Fee
Students must adhere strictly to the submission timeline to ensure their eligibility for the upcoming examinations:
- Form Submission Dates: The window for submitting examination forms is from November 17th, 2025, to November 28th, 2025.
- Examination Fee: The uniform fee for both SIOHS and affiliated college students is Rs 7500/-.
- Late Fee: A late fee of Rs. 500/- will be applicable for submissions made from November 29th, 2025, onwards.
- Final Deadline: No form will be accepted after December 05th, 2025.
Candidates must download the examination form from the JSMU website and ensure timely payment of the prescribed fee.
Submission Process for Different Institutes
The procedure for submitting the examination form varies based on the students institute:
- For SIOHS Candidates: Students must print the downloaded form, complete it, and submit it with the paid fee voucher and required documents to the Student Affairs Department of JSMU.
- For Affiliated Dental Institutes/Colleges: Students from affiliated colleges must submit their duly filled forms and fees to the focal person at their respective institutions. The focal person will then submit the consolidated forms and pay orders to the JSMU Examination Department.
All students must attach the required documents to their forms, which include a Transcript photocopy of last Annual/Retake examinations, a Copy of Enrollment card, and Two recent photographs.
