JSMU BDS 2nd Professional Forms Submit by December 31
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has issued a critical notice for dental students. The submission of BDS 2nd Professional Examination forms is now open. This news is for the Batch-2023 and Year Back candidates. You must act fast to meet the deadline!
Who Needs to Submit the JSMU BDS Exam Forms 2026?
This notification is for two main groups of students.
- BDS 2nd Professional: All students of BDS 2nd Professional, Batch-2023 must submit.
- Year Back: Students taking the Year Back Examinations must also apply.
This notice covers the Sindh Institute of Oral Health Sciences SIOHS, JSMU and all affiliated dental colleges.
Key Submission Details and BDS 2nd Professional Deadline
The submission period is short. You must not delay.
- Start Date: December 20, 2025.
- Deadline: December 31, 2025.
- Late Fee: A penalty of Rs. 500/- starts on January 01, 2026.
- Final Cutoff: No form will be accepted after January 06, 2026.

Documents and Fees Required
Students need to pay the fee and attach documents with the form.
- Fee: Rs. 7500/-.
- Documents:
- Transcript photocopy of last exams.
- Copy of Enrollment card.
- Two recent photographs.
- Original paid fee voucher or pay order.
Submit your complete application to the Student Affairs Department or your college focal person.
