JSMU Announces Exam Form Submission Schedule 2025 for BSOT Students
The Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has officially released the JSMU Exam Form Submission Notice 2025 for B.S. Occupational Therapy students. The notification applies to candidates of both Semester-I Retake Session 2025–2029 and Semester-IV Regular Session 2023–2027.
According to the JSMU Examination Department, students can download their examination forms from the university’s official JSMU Karachi website. Those enrolled through affiliated colleges are instructed to print and fill out the form, attach the required documents, and submit it to the focal person at their institution along with the prescribed fee of Rs. 3,500/-.
For Semester-I Retake candidates, the submission window is open from October 21 to October 24, 2025, with a late fee of Rs. 500/- applicable from October 25 to October 27, 2025. Similarly, Semester-IV Regular students can submit their forms from October 21 to October 25, 2025, and a late fee will be charged from October 27 to October 29, 2025. No forms will be accepted beyond October 28 and October 30, 2025, respectively.
Students must attach the following documents at the time of submission:
Photocopy of transcript from the last annual or retake examination
Copy of enrollment card
Two recent passport-sized photographs
Original pay order for affiliated colleges
