Program: BSN Generic – 4-Year Program
Eligibility: Minimum 50% marks in Intermediate Science Pre-Medical or equivalent; Age 18–35 years
Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences
Program: Pharm-D – 5-Year Program
Eligibility: Minimum 60% marks in Intermediate Science Pre-Medical or equivalent
Appna Institute of Public Health
Program: Bachelors of Science in Public Health BSPH – 4-Year Program
Eligibility: Minimum 50% marks in Intermediate Science / Arts or equivalent
Institute of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation
Program: Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT – 5-Year Program
Eligibility: Minimum 60% marks in Intermediate Science Pre-Medical or equivalent
Institute of Medical Technology
Program: Bachelors of Science in Medical Technology BSMT – 4-Year Program

Admission Procedure
- Fill the online admission form.
- Submit the form online along with attested documents and a processing fee voucher of Rs. 3,000 non-refundable from any branch of Meezan Bank.
- Separate fee vouchers are required if applying for multiple programs.
- Download the prospectus from the JSMU website for detailed seat allocation, fee structure, and program information.
- Submit completed forms before the last date. Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.
- Admit cards with test venue and timing will be available on the JSMU website.
- Each program will have a separate entry test.

No accommodation is available for candidates.
The JSMU website is the only official source for updates. Personal inquiries will not be entertained.
