IUB HEC Scholarship Exam Permission Relief 2026

The Islamia University of Bahawalpur administration has issued an official notification granting IUB HEC Need-Based Scholarship 2026 awardees permission to appear in mid-term examinations alongside the immediate reopening of student portals. Official sources confirm that university authorities took this step to ensure financial constraints do not hinder student academic progress across all university campuses.

This relief measure brings vital reassurance to hundreds of undergraduate and postgraduate scholars currently facing tuition fee holds. Without active portal access, affected students faced exam disqualification and academic delays. By unblocking portal credentials and permitting exam seat allotment, the varsity administration protects student academic standing while scholarship fund disbursements process through financial aid channels.

Islamia University of Bahawalpur HEC Need-Based Scholarship System Overview

The Directorate of Financial Assistance at IUB manages higher education grant distributions in coordination with federal funding bodies. Under official university guidelines, students selected for higher education financial grants receive fee waivers and living stipends designed to support low-income households. According to early data, the recent portal reopening allows scholarship recipients to generate their official roll number slips and register mandatory course modules without clearing pending fee dues manually.

To maintain operational integrity, campus treasurers and departmental chairpersons have received strict instructions to verify candidate award letters. The university examination branch will process annual examination and mid-term records under a verified scholarship framework, ensuring no scholar is turned away from examination halls due to pending grant transfers.
