IIEE Karachi B.E. Industrial Electronics Admissions 2026

Institute of Industrial Electronics Engineering IIEE, a prestigious institution under the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research PCSIR, has announced admissions for its four-year Bachelor of Engineering B.E. in Industrial Electronics for Batch 2026. Affiliated with NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, this professional program is fully accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council PEC.

Seat Allocation & Categories

The institute offers a total of 50 seats, distributed across the following specific categories:

All Pakistan Merit: 5 seats *Top 5 candidates in the overall merit list*.

Provincial Quota: 36 seats *Distribution details available in the prospectus*.

PCSIR Employees Quota: 4 seats *Reserved for children of PCSIR staff*.

Self-Finance Scheme: 5 seats *Requires an upfront deposit of Rs. 600,000/-*.

Note: Any seats left vacant in the quota sections will automatically be shifted to the Open Merit pool.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

To successfully IIEE masters apply online 2026, candidates must fulfill the following s:

Nationality: Must be a Pakistani National.

Academic Marks: Minimum 60% marks in HSC-II Pre-Engineering / Computer Science in 2026, or HSC/DAE equivalent completed in 2025, 2024, or 2023.

A-Level Candidates: Eligible for provisional admission based on O-Level scores and Entry Test performance, provided they submit an IBCC Equivalency Certificate and their official Grade Sheet by October 30, 2026.

Entry Test: Candidates must clear the pre-admission entry test with at least 50% marks.

Pre-Admission Entry Test & Merit Calculation

Applicants can participate in the selection process via two entry test streams:

Category-I: Take the IIEE Pre-admission entry test 2026 administered at the NED-UET Karachi main campus or PCSIR-LLC Lahore.

Category-II: Show a passing score minimum 50% directly from the IIEE Entry Test result.

The aggregate merit score is calculated with a weight of 40% for Intermediate/A-Level/DAE marks and 60% for the Entry Test score.

Application Submission Procedure

Prospectus and application forms can be downloaded directly from the official website. Completed forms must be submitted by hand or via postal service between 09:00 to 15:00 hours on working days by the final deadline of July 14, 2026.

Submissions must include all required documentation and a non-refundable processing fee paid via Pay Order or Bank Draft made out to the *Institute of Industrial Electronics Engineering Karachi*:
