ICP Fee Submission Schedule for Fall 2025 Admissions
The Islamia College Peshawar ICP has released the ICP Fee Submission Notice 2025 for students enrolled in the Ph.D and MPhil Computer Science programs for the Fall 2025 semester. The official notification, issued by the Department of Computer Science on October 6, 2025, directs all provisionally selected students to complete their fee submission and documentation process within one week.
According to the notification, this decision follows the recommendations of the Graduate Study Committee, which finalized the list of provisionally admitted candidates for the MPhil CS session 2025–2027. The selected students are instructed to pay their admission fees, submit migration certificates, NOCs if employed, and attested academic documents within the deadline. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of admission.
Fee Structure for Ph.D Computer Science Program
The ICP Fee Submission Notice for Ph.D Students 2025 specifies the following breakdown:
University Registration Fee: Rs. 7,330 one-time
Semester Fee: Rs. 63,780
Departmental Registration Fee: Rs. 13,177 one-time
Total Payable Amount: Rs. 84,287
Important Deadlines
Last Date for Fee Submission: Within 7 days of notification by October 13, 2025.
Commencement of Regular Classes: October 13, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
The university also reminded students that they must submit attested copies of CNIC, academic transcripts, and photographs along with affidavits if not currently employed in any government job.
