HEC USAT 2026 Announced for Undergraduate Admissions
Students planning to apply for undergraduate admissions 2026 in Pakistani universities now have an important update as Higher Education Commission, Islamabad HEC has officially announced HEC Admission Test 2026 under the Education Testing Council ETC. The Undergraduate Studies Admission Test USAT is designed for students seeking admission in undergraduate degree programmes across Pakistan. The announcement of HEC UG Studies Admission Test for UG Programmes Admissions 2026 is already trending among intermediate students preparing for university admissions this year.
According to the official HEC Islamabad notification, students who have passed HSSC or equivalent examinations with 12 years of education are eligible to apply. Candidates awaiting final HSSC results can also register for the test. The USAT examination is available in multiple categories including Arts & Humanities, Commerce, Computer Science, Pre-Engineering, General Science, and Pre-Medical. Educational experts believe the launch of HEC Admission Test 2026 will help universities improve merit-based admissions while also providing students with a standardized assessment platform for undergraduate admissions.
The HEC admissions online apply portal opened on May 17, 2026 and the last date to apply is Sunday June 7, 2026. The USAT test will be conducted on Sunday July 05, 2026 in major cities across Pakistan. Applicants are advised to carefully select the correct test category because changes will not be allowed after submission. Candidates can download their roll number slips through the ETC portal before the examination date. With increasing competition for HEC Admissions 2026, HEC Admission Test 2026 remains one of the most important academic updates for students across Pakistan.
