Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU is inviting applications for its Ph.D program in Anatomy under the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences. Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for admission, applicants must meet the following requirements:
1.Academic Qualification:
MBBS with M.Phil Anatomy or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university, based on a minimum of 30 credits after 16 years of education.
2.CGPA Requirement:
Minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 in semester system or 60% annual system in the M.Phil Anatomy degree.
Candidates with a CGPA between 2.5–2.9 may apply for conditional admission, subject to completing additional courses in the zero semester as per HEC/JSMU policy.

Admission Procedure

The admission process for the Ph.D program is structured as follows:
1.Application Form Submission:
Complete the application form  applyl online at www.jsmu.edu.pk, download, print, and courier the form along with attested documents and a non-refundable fee voucher of Rs. 5,000.
The prospectus and detailed fee structure are available on the JSMU website.
2.Admission Test Requirements:
Applicants may submit valid GRE/HAT/GAT Subject test scores conducted by HEC-accredited testing bodies with a minimum passing score of 60%.
Alternatively, candidates may appear in a test coordinated through JSMU for Ph.D admission in the respective discipline with a passing score of 60%.
3.Interview and Research Proposal:
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the Admission Committee.
Ph.D applicants must submit a short research proposal in their area of interest at the time of the interview.
