HEC Re-launches PM Laptop Scheme
Higher Education Commission has announced that HEC will launch the prime minister laptop scheme very soon. The scheme will be started for the online courses for the students, who study in the university and they carry out online courses with the collaboration with Microsoft and other international firms. The students will get the information regarding HEC Re-launches PM Laptop Scheme.
It is further added that the degree verification and the issue of equivalence certificate will also be moved online. He gave the remarks on the decrease of the funding of HEC and said that the universities will be given funds on the basis of their performance as the number of the institutes have been increased all over the country. He emphasized on not establishing the new universities in federal area and provinces unless the economic situation is improved in the country. He extended the deadline for two months for the flood victim students to pay their admission fee.
