HEC Launches PhD Scholarship Applications for Top 100 US Universities

Higher Education Commission HEC of Pakistan has officially opened applications for a prestigious PhD scholarship program, offering talented students from Pakistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir AJK the chance to pursue doctoral studies at 100 leading universities in the United States. Eligibility Criteria and Application Process

Eligible candidates must meet HEC’s standard overseas scholarship requirements:

Pakistani or AJK nationality
Minimum of 18 years of education MS/MPhil or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university
Valid GRE General scores and, if required, GRE Subject scores
English proficiency through TOEFL or IELTS
Admission to a PhD program at one of the 100 designated US universities
