HEC Extends Deadline for Undergraduate Scholarships 2025 for Balochistan Student
Higher Education Commission HEC of Pakistan has opened applications for Undergraduate Scholarships for students from Balochistan and erstwhile FATA under Phase III, Batch IV. These scholarships aim to support talented and deserving students from these regions, enabling them to pursue higher education in top HEC-recognized public and private universities or degree-awarding institutions across Pakistan. The scholarships cover all fields of study for the academic session 2025-26, providing students a valuable opportunity to continue their education at the undergraduate level. The students can check the fresh updates of HEC Undergraduate Scholarships for Students of Balochistan and Former FATA – Phase III, Batch IV.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Must be under 22 years of age as of the closing date of application submission.
- Must be residents of Balochistan or Ex-FATA and possess valid domiciles of both self and father.
- Must have successfully completed their Intermediate HSSC with at least 50% marks.
- Must have passed all required exams before the closing date of the application.
- Candidates currently availing any other scholarship are not eligible to apply.
- Students waiting for their exam results will not be considered for this scholarship.
Application Procedure
Interested candidates are required to submit their applications online through the official HEC website. Applicants must upload scanned and attested copies of their CNIC, domiciles self and father, and academic documents along with their application. A test fee of Rs. 500/- must be paid via the 1Link 1Bill system through banks, ATMs, internet, or mobile banking. Candidates are advised to carefully read and follow all instructions before submitting their forms and paying the fee.
Deadline and Test Date
The last date to apply for the HEC Undergraduate Scholarship is 20th October 2025. The scholarship aptitude test will be held on 16th November 2025. Applicants will be informed about the test schedule via email and updates on the HEC website, so they are advised to check regularly for the latest information.
