The Federal government is thinking over the matter of opening of the schools seriously under SOPs to protect against the Coronavirus pandemic in the country. Govt Considering Open Schools Under SOPs.

The Federal Minister of Education said that the government asked the suggestions from all provinces including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan, religious schools and the private educational institutes. The ministry has also managed meetings with the health department and also considered the data of the National Command and Operation Center. The federal minister for education also said that they want to finish the atmosphere of uncertainty on the core issue of education. According to a survey, about 70% parents showed their consent to send their children to t he schools under the precautionary measures and after preparation of the road map, it will be shared with the parents.
