Candidates must bring the necessary stationery items — #2 ½ HB 6000 or #2 7000 pencils, along with sharpeners and erasers — and must present their Admit Card, Enrolment Card, or College Identity Card when entering the examination hall. The university has reiterated a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of unfair means, misconduct, or disturbance. Any violation may result in disqualification from future examinations for up to four years.

Furthermore, students are required to be seated at least 30 minutes before the commencement of their examination. The use of any digital or electronic devices, including mobile phones, Bluetooth, MP3/MP4 players, cameras, and recorders, is strictly prohibited. Candidates found with such devices will be immediately expelled from the examination hall.

DUHS has also clarified that the rescheduled examination program may be subject to change in case of a public holiday or any unforeseen situation. Students are therefore advised to regularly visit the official DUHS Karachi website for the latest updates regarding the DUHS Rescheduled Examinations 2025. The Controller of Examinations, DUHS, has urged all students to carefully follow the official instructions to ensure smooth and transparent conduct of the examinations.
