DUHS Final Year DPT Semester 9 Retake Exams 2024 Forms & Fee Submission Schedule
Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS, Karachi has released the Final Year DPT Semester IX Retake Exams 2024 Forms & Fee Submissions Schedule 2025 for students who could not clear their previous attempt. As per the DUHS Examinations Department Notification Ref No.: DUHS/EXM/2025-899, the last date for submission of exam forms and fee is 9th May 2025.
This schedule applies to all failure/repeater candidates of the Dow Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation DIPM&R and its Affiliated Institutes. The examination fee will be charged as per the standard DUHS Fee Structure.
Eligible candidates must submit their:
Photocopy of the transcript showing the failed attempt in DPT Semester-IX Exam 2024
Photocopy of the Enrolment Card
Original Fee Paid Voucher
Paid tuition fee voucher copy
Any other relevant documents as required by the university
All forms and documents must be submitted to the respective college/institute, which will then forward them to the DUHS Examinations Department within three days, along with a complete list of candidates who have fulfilled the requirements.
