DUHS Exam Form & Fee Submission Notice for MD Programs 2025 Announced
The Examinations Department of the Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS has released a formal DUHS Exam Form & Fee Submission Notice 2025 for candidates of the MD Adult Cardiology and MD Pulmonology Exit Examinations Retake Examinations 2024. Under reference numbers DUHS/EXM/2025-2717 and DUHS/EXM/2025-2716 respectively, the notices state that eligible candidates must complete and submit their examination form and pay the prescribed examination fee by 11 November 2025 at the office of the respective college.
For the MD Adult Cardiology Exit Exam Batch 3 – 2024 the notice dated 21 October 2025 directs students to submit the examination form, paid fee voucher and required documents within the timeframe. Similarly, for the MD Pulmonology Exit Exam Batch 4 2024 the notification dated 22 October 2025 outlines the same instructions. According to the DUHS Exam Form & Fee Submission Notice 2025, each respective college will collect the forms, original fee payment vouchers and all supporting documentation from eligible candidates and must forward them to the university’s Examinations Department within three working days, accompanied by a list of the candidates who have completed the required formalities.
The documents required to accompany the submission include: a photocopy of the last result notification, a photocopy of the enrolment card both sides, a photocopy of the college identity card, the original fee payment voucher, a copy of the paid tuition-fee voucher, and any other relevant supporting information as may be requested. Candidates are advised to ensure completeness of their submissions to avoid any risk of exclusion or delay.
