DUHS Exam Form & Fee Submission Notice 2025 Announced for BSMT Students
The Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS has officially released the DUHS Exam Form & Fee Submission Notice 2025 for First Year BS Medical Technology BSMT Semester-I & II Examinations 2025. The notification, issued by the Examinations Department under Ref No. DUHS/EXM/2025-2617, outlines the complete schedule and submission requirements for eligible candidates.
According to the announcement, the last date for submission of examination forms and fees is October 20, 2025. Students from Dow Institute of Medical Technology, Ojha Campus, and affiliated institutes are advised to submit their forms and documents within the specified deadline at their respective college offices.
Required Documents for Submission
Candidates must attach the following documents along with their exam form and paid fee voucher:
Original paid fee voucher.
Attested copies of Matriculation and Intermediate certificates.
Original migration certificate for students other than DUHS.
One recent attested photograph.
Attested photocopy of CNIC or B-Form.
Any additional documents requested by the university.
The respective colleges are responsible for collecting all forms and submitting them to the DUHS Examination Department within three days after the deadline, along with the complete list of eligible students.
