DUHS Exam Form & Fee Notice 2026 Issued for BSMT Sem VIII Retake Exams
The Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi DUHS has officially released the DUHS Exam Form & Fee Notice 2026 for students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology program. According to the notification issued by the Examinations Department, eligible candidates of the Dow Institute of Medical Technology, Ojha Campus, and affiliated institutes can now submit examination forms for the Fourth Year BSMT Semester-VIII Retake Examination 2025.
As stated in the DUHS Exam Form & Fee Notice 4th Year BSMT Sem VIII Retake Exam 2026, examination forms along with the required fee and supporting documents will be accepted through the respective colleges and institutes until July 13, 2026. The examination fee will be charged according to the approved DUHS Fee Structure 2026. Students are advised to complete all formalities before the deadline to avoid any complications.
The DUHS Exam Form & Fee Notice 2026 further instructs candidates to attach a photocopy of their last examination transcript, enrolment card, original fee paid voucher, and tuition fee payment proof. The DUHS Karachi has emphasized that colleges must forward completed forms and documents to the Examinations Department within three days after receiving them from students.
