Karachis Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS has officially released the date sheet for the upcoming Second Year Pharm-D Semester-IV and Fourth Year Pharm-D Semester-VIII examinations, creating a buzz of anticipation among pharmacy students. Issued by the Examinations Department under Ref No.: DUHS/EXM/2023-1879 and DUHS/EXM/2023-1881, respectively, the date sheet outlines a detailed examination program for both morning and evening sessions.
Program Highlights and Schedule The Second Year Pharm-D Semester-IV examinations are set to commence on January 4, 2024, and will cover crucial subjects such as Pharmacology & Therapeutics-II, Pharmaceutical Microbiology and Immunology-II, and more. The practical component OSPE will include labs for subjects like Pharmacognosy-II and Pharmaceutical Preparation and Dosage Form Science. Theory examinations are scheduled for subjects like Pharmaceutical Microbiology and Immunology-II and Pathology-I.
DUHS Date Sheet for Pharm D Semester VI and VIII 2023 Examinations
For Fourth Year Pharm-D Semester-VIII, the examinations will kick off on January 4, 2024, covering subjects like Industrial Pharmacy-II, Pharmaceutical Quality Management-II, and Clinical Pharmacy-II in the lab sessions.
Theoretical examinations include topics such as Industrial Pharmacy-II and Medicinal Chemistry-II.
Key Instructions for Candidates DUHS has provided a set of imperative instructions to ensure a smooth and fair examination process. Candidates are advised to bring specific writing instruments, including pencils # 2 ½ HB 6000 or # 2-7000, sharpener, and eraser. Admit cards, enrolment cards, or college identity cards must be brought to the examination hall and produced upon demand.
Additionally, the university has emphasized the prohibition of communication devices, digital devices, or electronic devices such as mobile phones, video cameras, and MP3 players in the examination hall. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate expulsion.
