DUHS BSOVS Retake Exam Form & Fee Notice 2026 Out
Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi DUHS has issued an important examination notification for eligible and failure candidates of the Dow Institute of Medical Technology, Ojha Campus. The DUHS Exam Form & Fee Notice 2026 concerns the First Year BS Optometry & Visual Sciences Semester-II Retake Examination 2025, with forms and fees to be submitted by 27 August 2026.
According to the notification, candidates must submit their examination forms, paid fee voucher, and required documents through their respective college or institute. The DUHS Exam Form & Fee Notice states that the respective college will forward completed forms and documents to the DUHS Karachi Examinations Department within three days after receiving them from eligible candidates.
Students are required to attach a photocopy of their last appearing examination transcript, enrolment card, original examination fee voucher, and a copy of their paid tuition fee voucher. Candidates should complete the requirements within the announced deadline to avoid complications with their retake examination registration.
