DUHS BSN Semester VII & VIII Exam 2025 Form Fee Deadline
Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS, Karachi, Examinations Department, has issued a critical notification for all eligible, conditional promote, and repeater candidates of the Fourth Year BSN program. The university has announced the deadline for the acceptance of the Examination Form & Fee for the Fourth Year BSN Semester-VII & VIII Exam 2025.
Mandatory Submission Deadline
All concerned candidates must ensure they complete the required formalities and submit their forms and fees by the stipulated deadline.

Important Instructions for Submission
The respective colleges and institutes, including the Dow Institute of Nursing & Midwifery, Ojha Campus, and Constituent Colleges/Institutes of DUHS, must receive the forms and fees. These institutions are then required to submit the documents to the Examinations Department of DUHS within three days.
Required Documents Checklist
Candidates must attach the following documents with their examination form:
- Photocopy of Transcript of pass appearing in BSN Semester-V & VI Exam 2024.
- Photocopy of the Enrolment Card.
- Original Fee Paid Voucher.
- Paid tuition fee voucher copy must be attached.
- Any other relevant document / information can be asked to submit in addition to above.
The payment voucher of the Examination Fee must be enclosed with the examination form. The exact Examination Fee is as per the current fee structure.
