DUHS BSN Examination Form & Fee Submission Notice 2024
The Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS has released an important notification regarding the DUHS Examination Form & Fee Submission Notice 2024 for students in the Third Year BSN Program. This notice pertains specifically to the BSN Semester-VI Retake Examination 2023.
Eligible candidates from the Dow Institute of Nursing & Midwifery, Ojha Campus, and other constituent colleges/institutes of DUHS are informed that the submission deadline for the examination form is 30th July 2024. Students must ensure that their forms, along with the paid fee vouchers and required documents, are submitted to their respective college/institute offices.
The DUHS Fee Schedule 2024 will be followed for the examination fee, and all payments should be made according to the prescribed fee structure. Important instructions include attaching a photocopy of transcripts indicating failure in the BSN Semester-VI Exam 2023, a photocopy of the enrollment card, the original fee paid voucher, and a copy of the paid tuition fee voucher. Additional documents may be requested as necessary.
The respective colleges are responsible for collecting and submitting all forms and documents to the DUHS Examinations Department within three days of the deadline. This ensures that all formalities are completed promptly.
