DUHS BS Optometry Retake Exam Exam Form & Fee Notice 2026 Announced
Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi DUHS has issued an important examination notification for eligible and failure candidates of the School of Department of Optometry, Ojha Campus. The DUHS Exam Form & Fee Notice 2026 covers the First Year BS Optometry Semester-II Retake Examination 2025, with examination forms and fees accepted until 27 August 2026.
Under the DUHS Exam Form & Fee Notice 2026, candidates are required to submit their examination forms, paid fee voucher, and supporting documents to the respective college or institute. The examination fee will be charged according to the applicable fee structure, while the respective institution will forward completed forms to the DUHS Karachi Examinations Department within three days.
Candidates must attach a photocopy of their transcript from the last appearing examination, a photocopy of their enrolment card, the original paid examination fee voucher, and a copy of the paid tuition fee voucher. Students should complete the submission process before the deadline to avoid any issues with their retake examination registration.
