DUHS BS Optometry Exam Form & Fee Submission Deadline Announced 2026
Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS, Karachi has officially issued the DUHS Exam Form & Fee Notice 2026 for eligible and failure candidates of the Fourth Year BS Optometry Semester-VIII Retake Examination 2025. Students enrolled in the Department of Optometry, Ojha Campus, are advised to complete the examination form submission process before the announced deadline.
According to the latest DUHS Exam Form & Fee Notice 2026, examination forms along with the prescribed examination fee will be accepted until 15 August 2026 th rough the respective college or institute. The examination fee will be charged according to the universitys approved fee structure.
Candidates must submit all required documents, including a photocopy of their last examination transcript, enrolment card, original examination fee voucher, paid tuition fee voucher, and any additional documents requested by the university. After collecting the applications, the respective colleges will forward the complete documents to the DUHS Examinations Department within three days.
Students appearing in the DUHS Exam Form & Fee Notice for BS Optometry 2026 are encouraged to complete all formalities well before the closing date to avoid delays or rejection of their examination applications. Applicants should also stay connected with official DUHS Karachi announcements for any further examination-related updates.
