CPSP Admissions 2025 Postgraduate Diploma Program
The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan CPSP proudly announces admissions for the MCPS in Health Professions Education MCPS-HPE program for the session 2026–28. This highly regarded two-year postgraduate diploma is designed for healthcare professionals dedicated to improving teaching, learning, and assessment practices in medical and dental education across Pakistan.
The MCPS-HPE is a structured academic and practical program aimed at enhancing the teaching capabilities of clinicians and academic faculty working in both public and private sector institutions.
Key Features:
Blended Learning Approach: A combination of face-to-face sessions and supervised distance learning, allowing busy clinicians and educators to balance their work commitments while pursuing academic growth.
Customized Curriculum: Designed to address the specific professional development needs of faculty in medical and dental colleges across Pakistan.
Research Integration: Includes a 9-month research component, culminating in the submission of an article published or accepted for publication in a CPSP-approved journal.
Duration: 2 years
15 months of coursework
9 months of research at the candidates parent institution
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for admission:
Medical or Dental Graduate with a valid PMDC registration.
Completion of a one-year house job.
At least two years of teaching experience post-graduation OR a minimum of one year in a Department of Medical Education DME.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews based on a weighted scoring system that evaluates:
