AIOU Announces Final Deadline for COL MBA/MPA Projects
Allama Iqbal Open University AIOU has issued a final notice for students enrolled in its Commonwealth Executive MBA and MPA COL MBA/MPA old scheme. The university grants a final opportunity to students who completed all course requirements but missed submitting their research projects. Eligible candidates must submit their pending research projects by June 30, 2027.

- Final Project Submission Deadline: June 30, 2027.
- Admission Status: Zero new admissions or fresh course registrations allowed.
- Issuing Body: Directorate of Admissions, AIOU Islamabad.
AIOU officially discontinued the COL MBA/MPA old scheme back in 2024. The institution strictly prohibits any new course or research project enrollments under this legacy framework. University officials confirm that no extensions will be granted after the June 30, 2027 cutoff date.
Enrolled students who previously registered for their research project must complete their work immediately to secure their degrees. Candidates should finalize their documentation and submit their projects directly to the department before the final deadline. For further guidance, students can visit the main AIOU campus in Islamabad or contact their regional university center.
