BS, MS, MPHIL, PHD Admisions 2026 open at JSMU

The Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU, through its Institute of Medical Education IME, is now accepting applications for the 6th batch of the Master of Health Professions Education MHPE program for the academic session 2026. This prestigious postgraduate program is designed to develop excellence in medical education and professional training.

The MHPE program aims to enhance teaching, leadership, and research skills among healthcare professionals. A total of 25 seats are available, and admissions will be granted strictly on a merit basis.

•    Last Date to Apply: April 15, 2026 with NTS-GAT result or registration proof
•    Multiple Mini Interview MMI: April 28, 2026
•    GAT Result Announcement: July 2, 2026
•    Final Merit List Announcement: July 6, 2026
•   Fee Submission Deadline: July 30, 2026
•    Commencement of Classes: September 14, 2026

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
• Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution or a relevant regulatory body such as PM&DC
•   Eligible qualifications include:
o    MBBS
o    BDS
o    Pharm.D
o    BS Physiotherapy or equivalent
o    BS Allied Health Sciences
o    BS Nursing
• Candidates with at least one year of teaching experience in an educational institution will be given preference
•  Final selection will be made by the Admissions Committee

Admission Requirements

• Applicants must pass the NTS-GAT General examination
• Candidates awaiting results may apply with their GAT registration receipt
•  Submission of a No Objection Certificate NOC from the applicant’s department/institution is mandatory
