BS Admissions 2026 open at JSMU

Jinnah Sindh Medical University through its Institute of Medical Education IME-JSMU has announced admissions for the Certificate in Health Professions Education CHPE – Batch 15 Session 2026. The program is specially designed for healthcare professionals and educators to enhance their teaching skills and strengthen medical education standards across Pakistan.
This certification aims to improve the quality of health professions education by training faculty members and clinicians in modern teaching methodologies.

About the Program

The CHPE program is a structured certificate course focused on developing effective teaching, assessment, and curriculum design skills for professionals working in medical and health education institutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
•Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university
•Must hold one of the following qualifications:
MBBS / MD registered with PMDC
BDS registered with PMDC
BS Nursing 4 years, registered with PNC
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Allied Health Sciences degree
Pharm-D
•One-year teaching experience in a relevant field will be preferred
•Registration with relevant national regulatory bodies is required

•Total seats: 25 only
•Admission will be granted strictly on a first-come, first-qualified basis
•Final selection will be made by the IME-JSMU Admission Committee
