The Sindh government has officially ordered a high-level probe into the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE Mirpurkhas following explosive allegations of a fake certificate racket. The scandal came to light after reports surfaced that hundreds, and potentially thousands, of fraudulent matriculation certificates were issued to individuals, including foreign nationals, over the last few years.

In response to the growing public outcry, the Sindh Minister for Universities and Boards, Muhammad Ismail Rahu, has formed an inquiry committee to investigate the academic fraud.
